As most of you probably already know, I'm a Texan. And since my sister is a big Roy Rogers fan I grew up watching a lot of his films. (Which I enjoyed as well.) My favorite of his films was "The Yellow Rose of Texas", and so I have grown up with a love of that song and yellow roses in general. So I was really excited when one of my sisters returned from a trip and we bought her a thing of yellow roses. Being the awesome sister she is she gave me one.
Yeah, that was a long rambling thing just to say I got to take photos of a yellow rose. Sorry.

Rebekkah and I were out on a walk so we decided to do a little photo shoot. =)
