My Top photos and drawings of 2015 


Happy New Year once again! It's been a crazy weekend, so this post is not quite as good as I would have wanted, but I hope you enjoy it anyway! 


My top thriteen photos: 
(Yes, I know its an odd number, but I just couldn't narrow it down.)

#1. Although this photo is taken by Rebekkah, it is my top photo of the year. I told her what I wanted, and she took it perfectly and see how well it turned out!

#5. I was with this same friend and we walked under this tree and low and behold there was a branch just purfect for a photo.

#13. Yes, I know it looks very self-centered to have a photo of myself. But seriosly, I loved this photo.

    I like your castle drawing Mikayla! I makes me want to step into the picture! ;)

      Not really. I sometimes scratch something down on paper and then quickly hide it before anyone else sees it. :)

    I absolutely LOVE the fourth and eleventh photos! The pop of red is so pretty in that last one :)
    I like the last drawing best - the way her skirt falls/twirls is drawn very well.

      Thanks, Ellie! I've been rather stuck on Roses this year, so that was one of a couple hundred rose photos. XD

    The 'selfie' you took and the picture of the red rose are very nice! :D And the castle drawing is fun! I draw some, or have drawn, but not recently. :P I once drew a knight in shining armor... ;D

    I think #3 - the rose - is my favorite of the drawings. I also like the action and detail in 4 and 5.
    Photo #9 is amazing. The color contrast in #12 is beautiful (pear blossoms, if I'm not mistaken?). It's a hard choice, because I really like #4 as well.
