My Senior Photos

Hello everyone! Do you remember how back in September I had my senior photos taken? Well, I completely forgot to post them! Sorry about that! Lindsey from Grace Blossoms Photography and BFCG did the photo shoot. We met up and spent almost three hours together taking photos! 

I feel a little weird doing a whole post full of photos of myself, but I wanted to show ya'll! The photo above is one of my favorites.

The photo below is probably my favorite of the shoot, and is now my profile picture. =)  

We got a stack of my favorite books, my camera and charm bracelet for this one! <3

This one is my on my high school graduation announcement. 

Every piece of jewelry I choose meant something. The charm bracelet has my 'grad cap', a other things that are important to me. The necklace is from one of my favorite vacations my family went on.

Then I switched to a fancy dress. These photos were more for fun then anything. 

The necklace was given to me by my sister, and is my most precious piece of jewelry. The ring is from my parents.

Red Balloon

Last week was one of those weeks that's hard to describe. We kind of turned the house upside down, and put it back together (psychically and emotionally). I pulled my sister out in the middle of all the craziness to get some photos of her with a red balloon we had gotten. She's pretty gorgeous if I do say so myself. I finally pinned down what I am going to do for Camp NaNo. I realized again how horribly behind I am on everything, and I'm okay with that.
I'm also having trouble writing a lot right now (Brain fog) so I'm going to cut this short.

Last month I had the pleasure of spending a week with two of my best friends. I got to spend a week with them at their home in January, but having them here in my house was amazing. We got to do a lot together, like getting lost at the capitol, playing laser tag, and watched a sick baby goat (We thought it was going to die, but it was a little rebel and lived! ;) ), we even got to do a photo shoot. 

When we were all dressed up for our photo shoot I was like "Hey Jess, could we make a video for my blog?" Being the great friend she is, she said yes. So the four of us marched into the woods, armed with a tripod, camera, and a whole lot of questions. We had to come up with the whole thing as we did it. After eleven takes, we ended up with enough material for our video. So here ya go, I hope y'all enjoy! (Prepare for a lot of awkwardness with us. We were not gifted with looking amazing on film. Though I think Jess did better then me.)

While in the editing of the film I realized that we met in person in 2015, not 14. Thats one date debate we didn't have! ;)

Mini Waterfalls & Clear Waters

Okay guys, we went on the most amazing hike the other day. It was just a little trail in Austin Texas, with a path that was super narrow. The hill behind us blocked a lot of the light as we walked beside a creek. And I stopped about every five feet to take a photo. There was tons of hopping off the path to get more photos of the creek. I was so tempted to hop into the water because it was crystal clear. As you can see in the very last photo, there was also a canopy of trees and it made a entrance that looked so perfect, it was amazing. These photos don't do justice to the trail.  

On a completely different subject, I am sorry I've been rather inconsistent with my posting lately. Life has been so crazy. I'll give you guys some highlights from my month soon!
