Sunny's Questions:

Its funny you should ask. I'm chewing some right now.

-What are some of your family's Christmas traditions?
(Sorry, I was tagged before Christmas and this probably would have been better if I had done it then)
Well, a couple are that we always set out a ton a food on the table instead of making meals. I'm not sure much else then that. We change a bit every year.

-What is your least favorite chore?
Does getting sick count as a chore? Otherwise I actually like my chores.

-Are you more of a winter person, or a summer person?
Summer!! 100% summer. I do not like winter except for the fact that spring comes right after it.

I was tagged by Shelby at Every Bit of Lovely for the Gratitude Tag.

Her Questions:

1. What is your favorite quote or verse that reminds you to be grateful?

Psalm 118:24- This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

2. Who are you grateful for?
That list could take up a couple hunred pages. To keep it simple; my family, because they are aweome, all my awesome friend, and all of my blog readers!

3. What life events are you grateful for?
Again, if I wanted to list all of them, it would take to long. But I am greatful for the time I got to spend with my best friends last year. I saw three of my friends, and haven't been able to since, so the time we did spend together has proved very precious to me.

4. What is something you are grateful for but often times don't think about?
Air. I rarely think about it unless I'm underwater, but then I am very grateful for it.

5. What are you going to do to show people your gratitude towards them?
My favorite quote is that the best gift you can give someone is time together. Because you can never get it back and you can never take it away. I try to spend as much time with people as I can to say thank you.

One happy dog.
If you want to do either of these tags, please feel free!

    1. Thanks! Haha, yeah, that's probably something most people would be thankful for. ;D It is true though, I rarely think about it until I don't have it. ;P

I love traveling! I don't get to do it much, but I wouldn't want to do it to often because I like home more then traveling. But its an adventure. I love seeing new places and trying new things.
I might be going to a writers conference. =)

  3. Oh, I just realized I forgot to tell you that I nominated you for that award....sorry about that! :P
I loved reading your answers though! I accidentally stumbled upon the lyrics to My Friend Jesus right before I read this post...how funny! I've never heard that one before.
I am totally a summer person myself....it's sooo cold right now where I live!
Also, I really like the Newsboys too! Do you like the Peter Furler or Michael Tait songs better? I like both, but I think I like the Peter Furler stuff just a little bit more.
Good luck with writing your stories!! That's great that you're trying to finish four in a year...I know you can do it! I, on the other hand, can not....I've been working on two stories for about six months and am less than halfway done with one of them. :P
Gorgeous pictures too! Roses are my favorite flower, especially yellow ones. :)

    1. That's okay, I follow your blog, so I knew about it. ;D
Cool! That is one of my favorite songs of all time. You should hear the song, its awesome! =D
Yeah, it got chilly today. I don't like cold. =P Try and stay warm, kay?
To be honest, I have never kept up with the names of people in bands. But, a quick google search helped me out, and I can now say that I like Peter Furler's songs better. I feel like his songs had more meaning to them. Well, most of them anyway. My Friend Jesus helped me a lot when I was struggling with my temper. I'm glad we of the same opionon. =)
Thanks! I'm sure you can get though yours! You just got to work at it. Try writing 100 words every day. I did that once, and though its not much, it adds up really quick and it gets you in the habbit of writing. =D What are your storys about? =D
Thanks you! I love yellow roses as well. They remind me of the song, The Yellow Rose of Texas. =)
Thank you so much for your comment! I really aprechiated this!

  4. *giggle* Oh, right. ;) Well, I still like to notify people even if they follow my blog, just in case they're like me and follow a lot of blogs..they might've missed the post. ;) (By the way, I don't think I've told you before, but thanks so much for following me!! :D I follow your blog by Wordpress and, I believe by email.)
I definitely want to look it up now! :) It sounded cool from the lyrics. ;)
Bleh...me either. Haha, I'll try! You stay warm too! ;P
Yeah, I usually don't either, unless I'm really into the band or something. ;) I agree, I think they do have more meaning. I also feel like Peter's songs were more relate-able. If that makes sense. ;) I'm glad we have the same opinion too, it seems like most people prefer the Michael Tait songs. That's awesome that the song has helped you with your temper!
Oh, thank you so much for that great advice! I tried it today and although I'm pretty sure I wrote more than 100 words, it really kept me motivated.
Okay...so the first story is kinda a friendship story, it's about what happens when friends grow apart, I guess? ;) And the second story is about September 11th, and how you can still have hope in a scary situation. :)
    What are your stories about?
Oh, cool! :) Yeah, yellow roses are the best.
Aw, no problem, Mikayla! I'm really glad I could make your day! :D Have a good night!

    1. Thank you! I do appreciate it because sometimes it takes me awhile to get to reading blog posts! I love your blog! Thank you for following mine as well! =D
Yeah, they were a lot more relatable. =) I did love That's how you change the world and that's by Michael. Have you heard that one?
Keep it up!!! *Cheers* Sometimes it takes awhile to get into the swing of it, but once you do, its a lot easier. =)
      That's awesome! Those sound great!
I have a lot of story's about tons of different things. My current story that I'm writing is about princess in medieval time's who is learning to do her duty, even when it is pretty hard. =) I always have multiple projects going at a time, but that's the main one. =) Maybe I'll post about it in more detail. =)
Have an awesome day! Thank you for the comment!!

    2. Same here! Aww, thank you for saying that---it made my day. :) And no problem, I love your blog too! <3
No, I haven't, but I listened to a little of it after I read your comment and really liked it. :)
      Hehe!! Thanks for the encouragement.
Oh wow...that sounds like a really cool story! I'd love to hear more about it. I've tried writing historical stories before but they've never been too great. :P I've discovered that realistic fiction is my niche. ;)
You too! Thanks for responding to my loooong comment. ;)

    3. Cool! I loved that song. I have a whole collecting of songs about how to impact the world around you and that's number one on my list. =)
Thanks! I'll post about it next month. =D Everybody has their niche. =) I dabble in a lot and am proficient in none. ;D My niche would probably be contemporary fiction. =)
The longer the better! I love to hear from you! =D
